- **Job Description**_
- Daily preparation and production of bread and pastries
- Responsible for the consistency and presentation of products
- Practice the importance of always maintaining food safety standards; from quality checks and control to the proper handling and storing of ingredients, as well as ensuring all equipment are sanitized and ready for use
- Be exposed to even more skill-development opportunities from other tasks assigned by the Executive Baker
- Understand the company's products and the different varieties of product offerings
- Assist in the design and consistent improvement of recipes
- Perfect the baking techniques behind baked goods, from using ingredients, to the various mixing methods, measurements, and accurate blending of ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness of work station at all time

Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior
- **Job Requirements and Qualifications**_
- Diploma graduate or equivalent
- Previous experience as a chef, baker’s assistant, or relevant work experience
- Culinary Certificate is a Plus
- Possess basic baking skills
- Good organizational skills
- Must be able to adhere to health and safety regulations
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Able to work early mornings, weekends and Public holidays
- Time management skills
- Team player with a good learning attitude and a keen interest to develop professionally in the F&B industry

**Salary**: From $2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Baking: 1 year (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (required)

Work Location: In person
