We're looking for a Payments and settlement Analyst to work onsite within our Digital Venture office. We're a very small, but growing venture, with new and exciting problems to solve. We work in project-based sprints in small, interdisciplinary teams.

As Payment and Settlement Analyst, you'd be able to work on and solve some of the many interesting challenges we are facing, learn new ways of working, and build delightful high quality products for our customers.

The role reports to the Payment & Settlements Lead

The job responsibility includes
- Ensure daily FAST, PayNow and MEPS+ processing are executed timely and accurately in accordance with bank’s internal policy and local regulations.
- Handle queries related to FAST, PayNow and MEPS+.
- Recommend process improvements and system enhancements.
- Monitor nostro account movement related to FAST, MEPS+ and MAS current account.
- Lead or participate in BCP and Industry Testing.
- Provide G3 FAST and CAS maintenance support outside working hours.
**Role Specific Technical Competencies**
- Payment knowledge (FAST, PayNow, MEPS+ and Swift)
- BCP and Industry Testing
- MAS requirements, regulations, and guidelines
- ISO20022 adoption and CBPR+ guidelines
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in an established financial Institution with extensive experience in payments operations.
- Strong working experience in payment schemes like FAST, PayNow, MEPS+ and Swift.
- Experience in BCP and Industry Testing. Able to lead/co-lead a project or UAT Testing.
- Experience in MAS reporting.
- Sound knowledge of MAS requirements, regulations, and guidelines.
- Knowledge of ISO20022 adoption and CBPR+ guidelines will be of additional advantage.
- Ability to establish good relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Possess positive working attitude, with resilience and good adaptability in a start-up environment.
