Our client is one of the leading building automation Company in Singapore. They are a wholly-owned subsidiary of a large listed Japanese MNC. They provide the best technological solutions in the business of engineering design, system installation, commissioning and maintenance services of electrical and mechanical equipment in commercial building controls systems as well as home automation systems.

**Project Manager / Senior Project Manager (MNC)**
- Work with external parties and customers to plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with assigned projects;
- Establish project objectives policies, procedures, and performance standards within boundaries of company policy and contract specifications;
- Coordinate with engineering staff to discuss such matters as work procedures, scope-and-scheduling and work sequence, project-specific safety plans, etc.;
- Initiate and maintain liaison with concerned parties and other contacts to facilitate project activities;
- Monitor and control project site activities to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget;
- Develop project schedules in compliance with customer requirements, deadlines, and/or milestones; develop mechanisms to track schedule progress in the field; and update the schedule regularly;
- Able to manage an ELV project independently;
- Provide close monitoring and support (including hands-on of necessary) of project/site staff to ensure smooth and effective operation;
- Ensure timely completion of all projects;
- Monitor, review and manage operational costs and responsible for financial performance of the projects;
- Responsible for project management including attending meetings, coordination and supervision works;
- Liaise with consultants, architects and contractors and handle all technical matters;
- Must have relevant experience in one of the following ELV fields, Security, Access Control System.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering;
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience;
- A self-starter, comfortable working independently and taking a high level of responsibility;
- Resilience, entrepreneurship spirits, self-direction, risk-taking and adaptability;
- Innovative thinking, thinking outside-the-box, resourceful problem solver;
- Excellent leadership, communications and interpersonal skills;
- **5.5-day work week.**
