You will be our key stakeholder in finance, establishing internal controls and guidelines for financial transactions. **Responsibilities**
- Establish internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions
- Oversee and manage general accounting functions and ensure financial reports comply with generally accepted accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Oversee and manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, taxes, etc.
- Provide consolidated financial statements, management reports, budgets, including financial analysis and review
- Liaise with external stakeholders and authorities (e.g. bankers, tax agents, statutory boards, auditors) for finance related matters
- Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- CPA certification is a plus
- 3 - 5 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
- Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Good time management skills / ability to prioritize multiple tasks at the same time
- Detail oriented
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
