**Responsibilities**:

- Perform periodic routine check, inspection and preventive maintenance according to Schedule in order to maximize machine/system reliability then update checklist and forms for documentation purpose
- Provide and respond to emergency/unscheduled repair for unplanned downtime
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and manuals to perform required maintenance and service
- Use variety of electrical and electronic tools/meters such as multimeter, soldering gun, test pen, crimping tool, cable stripper, merger tester, etc. in performing duties
- Authorize to reset VSD, different types of breakers on electrical/control panel. Engage or refer to LEW for switch gear and high voltage switch board related matter including the RCCB that is sealed. Engage or refer to external vendor for genset related matter
- Detect or identify faulty operation, defective electrical/electronic part, transmitter, processor or sensor and any unusual situations to proper supervision which not limited to overheating, earth leakage, poor insulation, overloading, etc.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair, test and make adjustments
- Housekeeping - Maintain clean and orderly work area especially after each service/repair
- Involve in new installation, commissioning, modification and improvement job as part of project
- Operate Production Batch Processing and Automation software in Maintenance mode/level plus Building Management System
- Handling I/O modules, PLC, Profibus system and its components
- Carry out work in safe manner and comply with safety regulations of company as well as local authorities. These includes LOTO and other relevant permit/license before carrying out any job
- Strictly adhere and uphold company’s Policy on Allergen, Quality & Food Safety, Food Defense, Food Fraud, Glass Hard Plastic, GMO, Ethics, as well as Health and Safety. Every employee is also responsible to maintain company’s standards such as FSSC and other ISO which is obtained or will be obtained in future
- Other assigned tasks as requested
**Job Requirements**:

- Possess Diploma/Advanced/Higher Diploma/ITE
- Minimum 2 - 3 year of relevant experiences. F&F or F&B industry is preferred
- Responsible and committed. Willing to run on rotating shift
- Not sensitive to smell/chemical
- Sound knowledge in mechanical, electrical (single & 3 phases), hydraulic and pneumatic
- Good problem solving and troubleshooting knowledge using systematic approach
- Able to handle power tool, instrument, material handler equipment, hoist and system
- With additional safety license like work at height, confined space, welding skill, CERT member, first aider, etc.
- Apart from downtime repair and preventive maintenance, able to take up and support small project of improvement
- Hands on and don’t mind getting hands dirty
