**POSITION OVERVIEW**:

- **Working time**: Monday to Friday
- **Working mode**: work from anywhere (or if you are based in Ho Chi Minh city, you can come to TRG's office at 145 - 147 Nguyen Co Thach, An Loi Dong Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam).

TRG International is seeking an ambitious and result-oriented **Sales & Marketing Manager - Edtech Platform** to lead the TRG Academy platform, in collaboration with a dedicated team.

The primary responsibility of this role involves **achieving subscriber growth** **(commonly referred to as sales)**, with a set sales target to aim for. Additionally, the role encompasses overseeing the quality of TRG Academy's e-learning courses catering to both external and internal audiences.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- **Drive subscriber growth**: Consistently generate and rapidly grow and retain subscribers
- **Course development**: Identify the need for Courses and get them built and launched
- **Team management**: Build, grow, and lead the TRG Academy department
- Other tasks assigned by TRG’s management team

**REQUIREMENTS**
***:

- At least 5 years of experience in e-learning sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer base
- Solid knowledge of e-learning platforms, education technologies and instructional design principles for course creation
- Strong leadership skills (at least 2 years in leadership role) to lead and train team members effectively
- Excellent English communication and collaboration skills to effectively convey ideas and instructions to team members and stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the e-learning industry
- Customer-centric approach to understand and meet the needs of both internal and external learners
