At inlingua, we are dedicated to empowering our learners to communicate in English, equipping them with the language skills needed for global interaction. We are looking for passionate, experienced, and qualified English language trainers who are eager to join our dynamic team of professional language teachers and contribute to our mission.

**You will**:
**1) Deliver Engaging English Lessons**
- Teach group and individual lessons for general and specific purposes, including General English, Business English, Academic English, Proficiency Exam Preparation (e.g. IELTS), and other customised courses.
- Teach on a face-to-face, blended and online basis.
- Teach at the school or the client’s office.

**2) Planning and Administrative Support**
- Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to planning courses and lessons.
- Administer and grade assignments or tests, check homework, and write reports.
- Monitor learner’s progress, counsel learners, and place new learners.
- Develop teaching resources to enhance the overall learning experience, participate in peer observations, engage in research and training, and attend departmental and evaluation meetings.
- Organise, lead, and take part in extra-curricular activities for learners, such as field trips or workshops.

**We’re looking for someone who**:

- Holds a language teaching certification and a university degree, equivalent or higher educational qualification.
- Has a high level of linguistic competence in the target language (ability to use it and describe its grammar and vocabulary, but also use it in a manner that is appropriate for a classroom setting).
- Has ideally over 2,000 hours of L2 classroom teaching experience, demonstrating a track record of effective language instruction.
- Is presentable, dynamic, and proactive, and possesses excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills, capable of motivating and inspiring learners of all ages and backgrounds.
- Possesses strong planning and organisational skills to manage teaching and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Is committed to ongoing professional development and innovation in teaching methods.
- Has good computer skills and can adapt teaching methods to both in-person and online formats to meet the needs of all learners.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month

**Experience**:
