**Reporting to the Director of Sales, Asia, the incumbent will**:

- Supports company strategy in relation to the groups segment.
- Negotiates rates on behalf of hotels and external customers
- Resolves any issues or conflict in a timely and appropriate way, ensuring that any financial impact to the hotel is minimized.
- Is responsible for managing group related opportunities proactively and to a high standard.
- Achieves personal and team related room night goals.
- Develop relationships and improve market share with own portfolio of accounts via effective telephone contact, updates on new openings, special offers & participation in MHR events
- Serves the customer by understanding their needs and recommending the appropriate features and services that best meet their expectations, while building a relationship and loyalty to MHR.
- Works collaboratively with on property sales teams liaising on rates and availability.
- Executes and supports the operational aspects of business booked i.e. accurately enters leads information into CRM and PMS along with full tracking and usage of the system.
- Ensure business is turned over properly and in a timely manner for proper service and completes follow-up calls on sales leads to maximise or convert potential bookings
- Provides service to our customer in order to grow share of the account on behalf of the hotel
- Creates and maintains relationships with clients, exceeding their expectations.
- Communicates information timely with clients, property teams and colleagues.
- Generates and provides accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations, etc.
- Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.
- Represents the hotel(s) at customer events.
- Performs other related tasks assigned by management.
- Complies with MHR Regional Office policies and procedures.
- Monitors and evaluates Hotel processes and procedures; recommends improvements as appropriate. Specifically with regards to CRM and PMS.
- Effectively uses and maintains internal systems.
- Supports vendor/supplier relationships.
- Prepares for and participates in productive meetings.
- Positions self as a role model by effectively managing resources, delivering on commitments, and exemplifying MHR's and the Hotel’s mission, vision and values.
- Delivers a value-added service to create long term internal and external customer loyalty.
- Identifies and cultivates relationships with key colleagues and stakeholders in other parts of the organization.
- Successfully navigates the MHR organization to achieve collaboration by leveraging relationships and knowledge

**Requirements**:

- College degree and/or related experience preferred.
- Highly motivated, goal focused, sales and customer service oriented
- Team player who works well under pressure and is able to prioritize
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
- Strong organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month
