**In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better**

By playing a key role in securing the Philips goods flows, ensuring the supply chains are secure from unauthorized access through the entire process, from sourcing of materials through to final delivery to customer for the APAC region which includes Greater China and Indian Sub-Continent.

The Senior Manager of Integrated Supply Chain works closely with other teams of Group Security, Global Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance and other relevant business partners.

You will support Supply Chain business initiatives from a security standpoint and ensure supply chain security compliance with all relevant stakeholders for international and domestic flows. The role is expected to seek out and clearly communicate relevant data to support complex business decisions and drive the right recommendations in a compelling and effective way.

**You are responsible for**
- Supply Chain Security Program Management for the APAC region, specifically the deployment of policies and standards across the end-to-end supply chain
- Supply Chain Security audits and assessments in the APAC region
- Management of the Supply Chain Security Awareness program in the APAC region
- Enhance, track and report on risk/threat metrics
- Ad-Interim Regional Security Manager for physical and personnel security in the APAC region; coordination of crisis management, personnel security and physical security
**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**
- A strong background in Supply Chain Security or Warehousing / Logistics related topics, preferably with 12 - 15 years of experience in this space.
- Added Advantage; CTPAT / AEO / TAPA certified auditors and/or holistic knowledge of the end-to-end Supply Chain
- Goal driven, target oriented, able to step back and look at the bigger picture, you will also be able to manage ambiguity and possess a preparedness to get involved
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and drive continuous improvements in the process
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholder and Tech teams to get required technology developed to improve process efficiency
- Strong problem-solving skills and the abilities to analyze, scope requirements and effectively prioritize program deliverables are essential
- Excellent communication skills
