
Regional General Admin Lead

**The Role**
This role will sit in our COO Team and report to our Chief of Staff in Ops. In this role, you will be helping to oversee our regional offices, streamline management and general admin processes. You should also lead the coordination and implementation of management policies and SOPs between local teams and departments.
**Outcomes**
- **Maintain a warm, clean and inviting workplace environment in Singapore**:
- Ensure the implementation and communication of health, security and safety measures, including being responsible for keeping the workplace clean and arranging repairs for faulty fixtures and equipment
- Supervise third party vendors engaged to maintain the office
- Support and guide our employee community on amenities usage to help maximize their productivity in the workplace
- Coordinate logistics when we have physical meetings and town halls
- **Create and responsibly execute on processes for local office administration, including**:
- Receipt, management and forwarding of all inbound mail and deliveries
- Manage and arrange for storage and security of fixed assets
- Purchase and inventory management of office equipment and supplies
- Office administration expenditure
- Manage our vendors, including negotiating commercial terms, contract management, timely invoice processing and payments, and on-site supervision
- **Identify and execute on operational and process improvements**:
- Develop local / centralized policies and SOPs that are relevant to support the efficiency of our business operations and office mgt, examples include:
- Regional - expense, asset, document management
- Local - office operation (hours and holidays), procurement policies and IT support
- Establish SMART goals and metrics to help monitor efficiency of processes and evaluate performance of the team to enable continuous improvement
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes
- **Lead our Office Management and General Administration (GA) teams in Singapore and Indonesia as our operations continue to scale and regionalize**:
- Understand the intricacies of multiple teams under Office Management and GA such as kitchen, IT support and security
- Identify the teams' needs in learning & development, growth and engagement
- Manage team members to ensure they can deliver outcomes independently from a local to a regional scale
