**Responsibilities**:

- Research: Conduct market research and sensing, desk scanning and support in ideation for business strategy.
- Strategy: Provide insights and recommendations on business opportunities, challenges, risk and penetration. Conduct research for content ideation (trending topics, insights, the latest news and developments, etc.)
- Project Management: Support the Division in ensuring timeliness and consistency in Division-wide projects and initiatives
- Support administrative duties: Be involved in planning of activities, meetings, events, office support and other ad-hoc support as required for the Division

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Project Management, Social Sciences, Communications
- Strong curiosity about strategic thinking, planning and organisation
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
- Genuine interest in issues facing the public sector and desire to make a positive social impact
- A natural problem-solver who is self-motivated and has a passion for learning
- A collaborative team player who is also unafraid to articulate his or her points-of-view
- Organised, meticulous, deadline driven and able to multi-task
- Works well under pressure, with the patience and perseverance to see through long timelines
- Currently resides and able to work in Singapore
