**About Us**:
**Position: Senior Accountant
**Responsibilities:
- Conduct double-entry bookkeeping in accordance with regulations for entrepreneurs (e.g., bank transactions, invoices, creation, and calculation of estimated items).
- Manage accrual and accounting of financial assets.
- Handle wage processing and possess basic personnel knowledge (Labor Code).
- Process selected tax returns, including VAT, road tax, and income tax.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as required by clients.
- Collaborate in creating internal guidelines and workflows.
- Prepare documents for information obligations to state administration and company management.
- Manage statistical reporting requirements.
- Communicate and collaborate with tax advisors and clients.
- Prepare documents and attachments for the financial statements of the company.
- Provide management and mentorship to the team of accountants.
- Calculate pricing for billing new clients based on document valuation.
- Offer accounting consultancy services.
- Represent the client in financial audits conducted by the Tax Office.
- Manage treasury functions.

**Qualifications**:

- Secondary/postgraduate education in the economic field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting.
- Knowledge of double-entry accounting and tax records.
- Experience with people's leadership is a significant asset.
- Advanced knowledge of PC tools (Word, Excel).
- Familiarity with 1C (accounting software).
- Knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) is a great advantage.
- Reliable, responsible, and team-based approach to work. Initiative and friendliness.
