Intern Asia - Remote
- We're looking for a Growth Operations Intern to drive the efficiency, scaling and profitability for 90 Seconds clients acquisition and retention. Having a big picture thinking, with strong sales cycle understanding and the ability to project manage and execute is key to success in planning, mapping and creating the optimum operational tools.**What You'll Love Doing**:

- Discover and maintain sales tools to the process to streamline and automate as much as possible - making efficiency changes along the way
- Ensure sales process design and corresponding system configurations are best in class and are continuously adapting to the sales environment
- Maintain scalability and high growth of various operational processes through automation
- Identify, design, and implement improvements to the CRM (HubSpot) and other sales, and customer management tools, as well as support the day-to-day operation and support of those tools to maximize productivity and funnel visibility
- Execute and enhance the sales outreach process to generate new sales opportunities by re-establishing relationships with existing brands (our customers) and new potential leads, working closely with the Growth Team
- Partner with global teams to define and solve problems/opportunities that impact the organization
- Analyze data, and reports and have feedback sessions to help optimize the team’s operational performance, assess processes and take action

**Who you are**:

- Recent graduate or current student in your last year in Business or a related field
- Analytical and demonstrated ability to extract key business insights through data analysis
- Track record in driving change and removing hurdles in a fast-paced environment
- You have excellent presentation and communication skills
- You are self-driven, proactive, detail-oriented, pragmatic, and have a can-do attitude
