Summary

**Job Description**:
We are searching for a highly motivated Specialist, Payroll You will be part of the Finance - Payroll team and will be in charge of the payroll process for overseas station and check that all is correct, timely and compliant with local legislation. You will work closely with HR, Operations department and cross-functional teams to ensure pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage payroll service vendors for oversea stations to ensure that payroll operations are compliant with relevant laws and internal policies- Prompt submission of Government Leave claims- Drive efficiencies and process improvements through digitization and automation initiatives- Support external and internal audit requirements and refine payroll processes whenever necessary

**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in Payroll, preferably in countries across APAC- Strong knowledge of payroll principles, practices, procedures and local statutory requirements- Be meticulous, resourceful and innovative with positive work attitude.- Have the maturity and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with both internal and external parties.- Be an independent and good team player.- Experience with APAC payroll will be advantageous- Diploma in Accounting and Finance, Human Resources or Business Administration.- Proficient in Workday, Prosoft and Netsuite
