**Responsibilities**:
As a DBA you will help build services in both on-prem and cloud environments:

- Design and implement production database clusters that run SQL server and MongoDB
- Work closely with Cloud and Linux engineers to setup database platforms with high availability and replication
- Use Always On and other tools for data replication and resiliency
- Work closely with business quantitative research and data services team on the build out of their platforms
- Work with business teams to setup Time Series based data environments
- Help optimize and design database environments to be high performance, low latency

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- ITIL Foundation certification (higher levels preferred)
- Microsoft Certified SQL server DBA preferred but equivalent experience in MongoDB is also welcomed
- Significant proficiency on SQL scripting and automation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Completely self-driven and able to work collaboratively in a global environment while facing off with regional business stakeholders
