Responsibilities:
- Prepare Delivery Orders, Purchase Orders, Shipping documents and Invoices.
- Perform general administrative duties (updating, scanning, printing, mailing, filing)
- Liaise with suppliers/contractors/clients.
- Monthly Inventory task.
- Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
**Requirements**:
- More than 1 year of experience in the relevant field.
- MS Office proficient (Word, Excel).
- Able to work independently and efficiently.
- Singaporean/ Singapore Perm Resident.
Other Information:
- Job Location: Science Park 2 (near Haw Par Villa MRT Station)
- 5-day work week
- 9 am to 6 pm
**Salary**: From $1,600.00 per month
