Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Walking distance from Tai Seng MRT**Responsibilities**:_
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources required for M&E works.
- Coordinate with other project teams to ensure integrated execution of M&E systems.
- Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs.
- Track the progress of M&E works, identify potential delays, and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Address any issues or delays promptly to ensure the project stays on schedule.
- Work with architects, engineers, project managers, and other teams to solve technical problems and ensure M&E systems fit well with other building components.
- Proactively identify technical issues, resolve conflicts, and find solutions to challenges during the project execution.
- Ensure the timely resolution of any technical problems that arise in M&E systems.
- Ensure that all M&E installations and systems meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Supervise and manage M&E engineers, technicians, and contractors.
- Provide training and guidance to team members.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

- You are passionate, creative, an achiever, highly self-motivated and an independent individual who is detailed oriented, possess strong skills relevant to the scope of work; able to work in a team and independently, possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to perform under tight schedule and pressure. - Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years' working experience in the Building / Construction / Interior Design Industry.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Able to converse with English and Chinese speaking clients, contractors and vendors to complete projects effectively.
- Strong Organizational, Project Management, and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.

Pay: $4,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
