**Roles & Responsibilities**

Terra is a dynamic company with several hundreds of staff spanning across the Asia Pacific region focusing on innovative info-communications solutions and services using AI technologies. We build hardware and software products and deliver tailor-made services to provide a competitive edge to our clients and partners.

This is an opportunity for an outstanding individual to join our talented business development team to innovate and deliver modern hybrid (online-offline) events regionally to support Terra’s digital business growth in the Asia Pacific region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with various Business Development teams to plan and deliver hybrid/virtual events
- Conduct research to identify suitable key opinion leaders (KOL), follow with contact and negotiation of KOL partnerships to support the events
- Identify and develop event sponsorship with existing and new partners to achieve a sufficient budget for each event
- Manage and track event-based marketing budget, in collaboration with various internal team
- Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet expectations of various stakeholders
- Track, analyze, and optimize attendance and viewership metrics
- Willing to travel frequently (when it is possible again)

**Job Requirements**
- Experienced event management with a minimum of 4-5 years+ experience in organising virtual/live events, meetings, and exhibitions.
- Agency experience is essential
- Experience in virtual events and social media and have knowledge of its role in marketing and event management.
- Experience in managing an event team, as well as managing a wider team onsite at an event, with the innate capability to discover potential issues onsite and resolve them quickly so as to ensure the event proceeds smoothly

**Quality Traits We Are Looking For**
- Comprehensive understanding of the event management industry
- Ability to understand client objectives and interpret them to develop an integrated event strategy (including good listening and questioning skills)
- A strong project manager who is able to juggle multiple tasks smoothly, be organised, have good time management, and be in control. Managing the clients' and colleagues' expectations accurately with the ability to meet agreed deadlines.
- Financial control - the experience in producing client-facing budgets and closely tracking campaign costs.
