**About Our Client**:
The company is a fast-growing firm in the retail industry. Over the past few years, they have actively been expanding in Asia Pacific.
- Oversee and **manage the company's IT Infrastructure** locally
- **Manage various hardware equipment**, including point-of-sale systems, CCTVs and other technology devices
- Provide support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues, resolving them in a timely manner to minimize disruptions.
- Manage the **end-to-end project delivery and technology implementation process**, and be responsible for workflow design, setting up milestones, resources allocation and prioritization, development and testing
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand users requirement and **ensure project objectives are achieved within the set budget and timeframe**:

- **Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers**, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met

**The Successful Applicant**:
To be successful, you will have:

- Diploma or degree holder in IT or related fields
- At least 8** years of IT infrastructure experience in the retail/F&B environment** is a must
- Proven track record of delivering IT results and implementing effective business solutions
- **Strong knowledge of infrastructure management**, network roll-out, and hardware equipment management
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors
- Strong problem-solving and **decision-making abilities**
