**Skills and Competencies**
- At least 7+ years of experience working within or selling into Non-Bank Financial Institution and Fintech payment and/or Asset Manager, Fintech Payment firm - KYC data sales experience preferred but not necessary.
- Extensive sales and/or relationship management experience is required, preferably within the financial services or Fintech Payment sector.
- Entrepreneurial style, strong negotiation skills and able to influence key decision makers during the sales process.
- Strong interpersonal/relationship building skills and able to successfully manage multiple client relationships.
- Must have the motivation and ability to excel in an intense, high energy, selling environment. This role would suit an individual who has a proven track record performing against individual sales targets.
**Education**
Degree educated (or equivalent), preferably gained in a finance, business or economics.
**Responsibilities**
- Growing a Sales Renewable book to meet or exceed given business targets
- Work with the Specialist to help drive the sales process by identifying and targeting prospects, initiating new sales activity and managing cycles to closure.
- Be able to discuss the current asset management/ Non-Bank Financial Institution and Fintech payment firms selling themes and topics in a technical manner with key stakeholders in your selling territory. These can range from Private Credit to Alpha Generation to Early Warning risk frameworks and customer onboarding workflow.
- Organizing and running in-person client meetings as well as representing Moody's at industry events.
- Gaining and maintaining familiarity with client organization and processes to help direct them towards the appropriate license for Moody's products usage.
- Generating, qualifying and converting new leads through networking and prospecting and executing sales campaigns at existing accounts.
- Managing sales cycles using coordination and communication skills to involve sales specialists and management where appropriate. Executing strong negotiation skills and strategies to bring sales cycles to successful closure.
- Demonstrating the superiority and value of Moody's Analytics solutions to potential and existing clients.
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of industry practices in credit, risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Providing current sales forecasts and sales pipeline information to management on a regular basis.
- Position requires travel (approximately 20% of your time).

Our Relationship Management team is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Moody's market presence in Southeast Asia (SEA).
