**About the role**

In Group Finance, we provide support and insightful analysis to business as well as management to enable the Company to make the right decisions. Our support areas include tax & accounting, reconciliation, capital management and business planning.

The successful incumbent will play an integral role in driving the team to deliver gold standards and ultimately towards the Company’s vision.

**Responsibilities**:
The incumbent will be responsible to:
1) Support FP&A/Product Control team in the preparation of daily, weekly and closing):

- Extraction and reconciliation of information from various data sources
- Transformation of data into reports through computations and compilation of Excel workbooks and uploading to financial systems
- Execution of cost allocations
- Build and maintenance of dashboards
- Identification and analysis of trends and variances
- Coordinate responses to stakeholder

2) Assist in the preparation of the annual budget exercise

3) Support adhoc projects

4) Assist to identify process bottlenecks and support workflow process improvement

5) Assist in the development of financial database and reports through the use of BI tools

**Job Requirements**

To thrive and be successful in this role, you must have / be:

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Business / Finance or equivalent
- Knowledge of general finance, accounting and/or product control processes
- Ability to work under tight timeline and be highly meticulous with numbers
- Advanced Excel spreadsheets skill with ability to work on big/multiple databases
- Prior working experience in FP&A (including experience with data analytics / reporting software such as IBM Planning Analytics, Anaplan, Thinkcell or Power BI) would be highly advantageous
