**OUR CLIENT**

A local public listed company being established in Year 1992 with annual revenue of SGD565.5m (+9% growth) in Yr 2021. They manufacture intelligent system testing and handling solutions for semiconductor and electronics companies in Asia, Europe, and North and Central America. The operations is through Test Cell Solutions, Instrumentation and Contract Manufacturing. The company offers handling solutions comprising of system level, wafer level, and packaged level tests, test manipulators, test instruments and software. Other products/ services include TestPro multifunction cable tester, network service assistant, mixed mode multi-port vector network analyzer, and WideOptix-SR4 measurement system solutions.

**THE POSITION**

The **Technical Support Engineer** plays a key role to assist and coordinate sales, technical service and manufacturing site to accomplish the fulfilment and business of the company.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide technical expertise to manufacturing team and field support
- Act as a lead on support, escalations, training and documentation
- Hands-on involvement and process feedback on engineering NPD, NPI, DOE, FMEA and prototype builds
- Provide post-sales support and input into pre sales process
- Setup/service equipment/tool integration at the customer site
- Ensure high quality, up-to-date documentation exists for all training and service arrangements
- Develop new manuals and ways to improve current documentation
- Provide training to both internal team and customer

**CANDIDATES PROFILE**
- Minimum Diploma and above in Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge in troubleshooting and repair of electronics, electromechanical, mechanical and fluid handling systems
- Experience in supporting on automated equipment in semiconductor environment
- Experience in software installation and configuration would be an added advantage
- Able to juggle priorities to meet deadlines
- Extensive travel and long outstation assignments may be required.
