**Job description**
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with sales team and engineers.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, wireframe, process flows and sitemaps\
- Adopts a design-thinking approach and make strategic design and user-experience
decisions related to core features
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
- Prepare and produce a proposal based on the UI and UX that you have created
- Prepare and present your work to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to brand's standards on guidelines, fonts, colors and creative assets
- Leadership skills with the ability to guide and lead junior creatives

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep
understanding of interactive and responsive design.
- Highly competent in in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is mandatory
- Relevant Diploma, Degree or Certificates in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design,
Game/Interaction Design or related fields are welcome to apply
- Human Centric thinking is a requirement; experience in Human Factors / User
Experience Design is preferred
- Possess high conscientiousness and commitment to tasks assigned.
- Possess positive and keen-to-learn attitude in acquiring technical knowledge.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and be resilient to changes.
- Able to work both as an independent individual and a strong team player.
- Leadership skills with the ability to guide and lead junior creatives.
- Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.
- Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
- Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
