**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a **Strategy Specialist**with deep expertise in blockchain and digital asset research. This role involves conducting in-depth market analysis, identifying high-potential projects, supporting investment decisions, and driving strategic listings to grow market presence and competitive edge.

**Responsibilties**:

- Conduct comprehensive market and project research across the blockchain ecosystem
- Evaluate and rate crypto projects for potential listing or investment opportunities
- Provide strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Collaborate with investment and business teams on project due diligence and negotiations
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform strategy
- Prepare strategic reports, investment decks, and performance reviews for ongoing initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- 3-7 years of experience in strategy, research, investment, or consulting roles in crypto, fintech, or tech sectors
- Strong understanding of DeFi, Layer 1/Layer 2 projects, and token economics
- Proven ability to identify high-growth opportunities in blockchain markets
- Excellent analytical, modeling, and communication skills
- Proficient in Python, Excel, and data visualization tools
