**Job descriptions**
- In charge of purchasing warehouse and office maintenance items, consumable items and commercial vehicle servicing items
- Work with operations team on material purchasing plan to support production and maintenance team and ensure continuous material supply
- Maintain and review records of purchased items, costs, deliveries, product performance and inventories
- Raise purchase order and follow up with vendors for timely delivery
- Maintain strategic relationships with vendors, negotiate best rates and credit terms
- Sourcing of new suppliers or vendors whenever required
- In charge of maintenance and servicing of building
- Perform general administrative and coordination duties
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Job requirements**
- Diploma in Procurement Management
- At least 1 year related experience
- Meticulous and organized
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Team player with initiative and ability to work independently under mínimal supervision
