We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented **Operations Assistant**to support our growing engineering business. This is a **remote position**with a focus on administrative and financial coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and manage client invoices
- Track and organize engineer schedules
- Create and issue monthly payslips
- Monitor income and expenses
- Support with other operations-related tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Excellent command of English (written & spoken)
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, formulas, basic reporting)
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in invoicing, payroll, or basic bookkeeping is a plus
