Singapore THE SOFTWARE PRACTICE PTE. LTD. Full time

We're a Singapore based software consulting firm looking for an IT Operations Specialist who will be a key contributor to our IT and security outcomes, alongside improving employee experiences within the Company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshooting and resolving TSP staff’s IT challenges (hardware - laptops; software - access to VPN, access to different internal websites etc)
- Monitor and maintain the security of our data, networks, VPN and IT hardware
- Assist in set up of new PCs and install and manage software on PCs (local and remote)
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategic solutions in a reasonable timeframe. This will involve liaising with third party vendors and IT service providers
- Maintenance of system licenses, warranties and any other support agreements.
- Development and maintenance of IT documentation including Asset management and tracking, BCP plans
- Organise and implement training for TSP Staff during onboarding (general security best practices, how-tos for usage of software/hardware)
- Strong ability to adapt to a rapidly growing business environment (we expect to double in size in the next 12 months).

**Requirements**:

- A diploma or undergraduate degree in ICT, computer science or related fields
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and importantly, move projects to completion.
- Familiarity with modern development processes and tools (we’re primarily a software development shop - and familiarity with tools we use is a definite plus)

The following aren’t requirements but would definitely be considered advantageous.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Windows Desktop Administration, Networking.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 - editing access rights policies and implementing controls.
- IT security certifications (or experience in IT Sec Ops space) is a plus.
