**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Managing hair stylists and nail technicians to ensure that they are well trained and providing them with adequate support
- Ensuring that all hair stylists and nail technicians follow sanitation protocols
- Ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly and ordering new supplies as needed
- Maintaining a neat and clean environment to create a pleasant experience for clients
- Supervising hair stylists and nail technicians to ensure that they are providing quality services in accordance with company standards
- Addressing and resolving any complaints that our clients may have
- Providing customer service to each customer during their visitConducting staff meetings to discuss new products and services, changes in policies or procedures, and other information pertinent to the business

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven management experience in a hair & nail salon, spa, or related business
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong leadership qualities, communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to delegate tasks and responsibilities
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of hair / nail care products and services
