Hair and Nails Salon Operations Manager

Job Description
The Salon Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operation of a hair and nails salon, encompassing staffing, scheduling, customer service, product ordering, and sales. The ideal candidate should possess prior experience managing a hair and nails salon and be able to provide exceptional customer service.
Duties involve managing hair stylists and nail technicians, ensuring they are well-trained and receive adequate support. Furthermore, maintaining a clean and organized environment is crucial to creating a pleasant experience for clients.
The Salon Manager will also supervise hair stylists and nail technicians to ensure quality services align with company standards. Additionally, addressing client complaints, providing customer service, and conducting staff meetings to discuss new products and services are key responsibilities.

- Proven management experience in a hair & nail salon, spa, or related business
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong leadership qualities, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to delegate tasks and responsibilities
- Good organizational and time-management skills
