Cybersecurity Engineer

**Job Scope**
As a Cybersecurity Engineer, you will support the security posture of the organization by assisting in the monitoring, analysis, and implementation of security measures. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates with a passion for cybersecurity to build foundational skills in a hands-on, real-world environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitor security alerts and events using tools like SIEM, IDS/IPS, antivirus, and firewall logs.
- Assist in identifying, investigating, and responding to security incidents and potential threats.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and support patch management to reduce risk exposure.
- Conduct periodic audits on system configurations and access controls to ensure compliance with security policies.
- Support the implementation and enforcement of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Participate in security awareness initiatives and assist in training end-users on secure behavior and practices.
- Assist in documenting incidents, procedures, and technical configurations for compliance and future reference.
- Keep up to date with the latest threats, vulnerabilities, and cybersecurity trends.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Cybersecurity, cybersecurity digital forensics.
- Basic understanding of security principles, firewalls, malware, phishing, encryption, and authentication.
- Familiarity with security tools (e.g., antivirus, SIEM, vulnerability scanners) is an advantage.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced security environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
