Human Resources Manager (Healthcare)

**Responsibilities**
- Oversees full spectrum of HR functions from recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance and talent management, training and development, employee engagement, employee relationship management, payroll, etc.
- Responsible for the full-cycle of recruitment processes and employee on-boarding/off-boarding
- activities, develop and execute recruitment strategies.
- Organize and support employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Support key compensation and benefit activities such as Salary Increment, Performance Bonus, Promotion and Manpower Budgeting exercise, etc.
- Oversees and carry out the daily HR administrative and operational works.
- Spearhead personnel policies and procedures.
- Provide advice to employees and managers and manage employee grievances, conduct and disciplines.
- Lead in human resource development by establishing systematic learning process to aid staff to optimize their performances in their present jobs and expected future roles.
- Ensure all HR practices; records, etc. are in full compliance with statutory requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Proficient in Human Resource and Talent Management System.
- Experience working in a research sector is an advantage.
- Good Communication and Problem Solving Skills.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and Labour Laws.
- Meticulous, resourceful and able to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
