Job Scope
- Develop, implement and manage the risk framework, drive the embedding of adequate understanding of the corporate risk appetite across all levels of the organisation and the integration of risk awareness with other elements of the commercial management framework
- Provide commercial, risk (and legal) input to internal and external frameworks, contracts and agreements. Ensure a level consistency of liability held and safe organised repository of all contractual agreements in force and designing policies which allow partnerships to thrive
- Drive accountability of risk across all lines of defence through tools such as the Risk Management Strategy, Governance structures, Top and Emerging Risk and Risk Map
- Continuously build risk management awareness through delivery of Enterprise Risk Management Framework education sessions
- Be the commercial minded "defender" in structuring all strategic initiatives together with the BD team
- Oversee and update regional compliance frameworks and ensure the policies are implemented. Interpreting laws involved in contracts and enforcing legally-binding contracts
- Be proactive in all areas of the business and identify key risk factors as the business scales, implement mitigation framework and develop service recovery/BCP as contingency
- Being responsible for every phase of contract development, from researching the (local) legal regulations to negotiating and drafting the terms and documentation
- Developing and maintaining business relationships and collaborations
- Identifying opportunities for new and existing partnerships and assisting the commercial team in structuring and negotiating contracts with partners
- Draft, review and negotiate a large variety of commercial agreements
- Monitoring changes in relevant areas of legal & regulatory environment
- Attending meetings to serve as representatives of the Company
- Support COO in People Engagement/ Awareness, D&I and other initiatives for risk function
What you need to have
- Singapore / Common Law Qualification
- 2 to 6 years experience in Risk or Legal setting
- In-house, direct risk management & compliance experience in dynamic environments is a must
- Proven problem solving skills with ability to consider alternative and lateral solutions
- Highly developed communication and influencing skills
- Ability to prioritise and work independently under pressure within a team environment
- An understanding and appreciation for the human element of the healthcare industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $4,500.00 - $7,000.00 per month
