**Job Overview**:
We are growing our multi-talented team, and looking for an experienced and motivated Product Manager, Transaction Screening to help shape the strategy and vision of our cutting-edge, artificial intelligence-powered product related to Sanctions Screening.

**Location**: 100% Remote forever

**Key Duties**:

- Work with Product and Executive leadership to define and execute the product vision, strategy and development for the transaction screening product, covering on-premise, cloud and SaaS
- Design, own and implement the business solution for transaction screening
- Scaling up the transaction screening product globally, by partnering with the leading banks and industry leaders, to expand product features and use cases
- Work with the team of Data Scientists and Engineers, to deliver successful POVs (Proof of Value), and a clear path to production
- Leading client engagement across the product lifecycle: discovery, design, development, testing and sustaining
- Own product results, including product performance, customer experience, business metrics, market research and competition analysis
- Effectively communicate strategies and plans to various stakeholders, including customers and senior management
- Report to the Head of Product, present challenges faced by key clients and potential solutions for their needs

**Requirements**:

- 5 - 7 years of experience in financial institutions, technology or consulting roles, in the Anti-Financial Crime / Sanctions / Payments Screening domain in global banks, technology or consulting firms is a must
- End to end understanding of transaction and screening lifecycle and regulatory requirements, for Sanctions globally
- Experience with financial crime compliance solutions, especially with regard to the transaction screening process, across screening, data, watchlist and case management systems, such as Fircosoft, Netreveal, Detica, Actimize, etc.
- Prior experience and knowledge of SWIFT (including ISO 20022) and other payment messaging protocols (domestic and international)
- Strong understanding of technical design and architecture, integration options, tuning, analytics, data quality management, data lineage, etc.
- Experience with technologies, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning and natural language processing would be preferred
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to think out of the box to come up with innovative solutions to complex problems
- Excellent organizational, analytical, risk management and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize a diverse workload with multiple deadlines
- Flexibility to adapt to changing directions based on business needs
