This position is responsible for marketing functions for CRM, digital channels, social media and marketing activities for O’Coffee Club and Rocky Master outlets’ support, include inter-alia the following responsibilities:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conceive, propose and develop fresh, creative digital marketing campaigns and effective content distribution strategy
- Manage marketing and communication projects including strategy development
- Analyse website performance data and identify audiences and behaviours to aid in effective advertising targeting
- Analyse delivery platforms performance data and sales trend to aid in effective advertising targeting
- Analysis, development and management of CRM program to implement customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Project management of each event to ensure it is planned and executed well and perform event follow up, debrief and analysis
- Work closely with cross-functional teams on timely project deliverables
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or related design competence. That said, qualifications does not matter, portfolio does
- A well-practiced creative, equipped with a can-do attitude and be ready to hit the ground running
- Must have creative ideas & resourceful in marketing strategies
- Good communications skills - presenting, visualizing, excellent written and verbal English
- Have relevant experience in CRM and digital marketing channels such as website management, e-commerce platforms and delivery channels

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
