**Rsponsibilities**:
**Customer Service Duties(training will be provided)**
- Make outbound calls to follow up with callers where callers have lefta message with his/hername and phone number.
- Make accurate data entry of feedback provider’s feedback inthe feedback database and maintain proper documentationrecords.
- Retrieve status updates on feedback provider’s feedback from the feedback database.
- Provide administrative supportto facilitate the effective operation of the feedback centre. 8.Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
**DataEntry Duties(training will be provided)**
- Review data entries,identify erroneous entries and correct erroneous entries where applicable.
- Able to use Google mapsor other tools to identify postal codeof a locationbased on information providedby feedback providers.
- Conduct simple analysis on data entries.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisors
