Actively support Project Manager and rest of Project Team to achieve timely closure of projects by proactively leading the final stages of execution after delivery for Process Automation, Energy Industries division at Singapore location. Reporting to Operations Manager.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Supporting the Project Manager to take over the coordination after ‘delivery’ milestone is achieved and take lead in closure by ensuring timely invoicing, closure of commitments
- Coordinating with customer, factories, yards to complete punch points and site commissioning mobilization
- Assessing warranty obligation and work with Project Controller to establish Warranty provision and coordinate with Service team
- Becoming the contact point between ABB-Customer for any warranty or execution related matter
- Proactively share lessons learnt with entire project team and take ownership in ensuring there is no repeat

**Your background**:

- Minimum of 8 years of relavant experience in a project management environment of large projects.
- Solid professional with proven success in delivering complex solutions in Process Industries, including, but not limited to the scope of Automation Systems, Electrical, E-house, Cyber Security and Digital Solutions.
- Team player with proven experience in manging complex customer and suppliers contract.
- Proven Experience in Project Management is prefered - Oil & Gas Onshore & Offshore, Shipyard
- Experience in Contract Management Methodology and Process Is desirable
- Strong reasoning ability, high level of energy, strong initiative, reliability, perseverance and stability.
- Strong command of English and conversant in writing/responding to contract terms and conditions.
