Singapore SAF Yacht Club Full time

Reporting to the Senior Marina and Clubhouse Operations Manager, your duties as a Senior Marina Operations Assistant are detailed below:
1. Your primary responsibility is all activities related to the provision of quality marina support ser-vice. The following are pertinent in the provision of this service:
a. Marina Operations:
i. Opening and manning of the Marina Operations Centre.
ii. Maintenance and cleanliness of all facilities related to the launching and recovery of boats, including the jetty and slipway.
iii. Launching and recovery of powered pleasure crafts & sailboats.
iv. Driving the Club’s powered pleasure crafts to support its activities.
v. Carrying out craft rescue operations.

b. Craft Maintenance & Serviceability
i. Maintenance, repair and serviceability of all powered pleasure crafts, sailboats and
ancillary equipment belonging to the Club.
ii. Preparation of the Club’s powered pleasure crafts and sailboats before and after use.

2. You are to assist the Marina Operations Manager in the following duties:
a. Routine office administration.
b. Administration of all documentation related to all crafts, vehicles, machinery and ancillary equipment belonging to the Club including the keeping of proper records and the maintenance of a recording system for keeping track of the validity of the craft licenses and insurance policies.
c. Maintenance of the Marina Craft Serviceability and Craft Availability Status Record.
d. Maintenance of the Marina Task Allocation Table and maintenance of the Craft Log Book for all specified crafts.
e. Maintenance of the POL records.
f. Maintenance of members’ boat storage records.
g. Maintenance of all craft charter handing/taking-over documentation.
h. Liaison between the Marina and the Club’s Front Desk regarding members’ craft charter requirements.

Must be able to swim in open sea and able to work weekends and PH. Must have Singapore class 3. Willing to take up co. sponsored forklift,heavy forklift course and Pleasure Powered Craft Driving course.
