**THE POSITION**

**_ Title:_** UX/UI Designer**

RegASK is a digital platform, using artificial intelligence for augmenting regulatory research. Our technology routinely monitors, anticipates and reports updates or changes to relevant regulations, providing instant alerts. Our platform also allows us to zero-in on applicable regulations to identify and analyse any gaps in the compliance of a product.

RegASK is seeking for a full-time UX/UI Designer to initiate, suggest and spearhead user interface for a more intuitive user experience. The successful applicants will also work closely with the product team and software engineers to drive the evolution of digital solutions into the lifestyle and mobile healthcare market segments.

In this role, you will benefit from the mentorship of highly skilled experts and you will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once, which involve stakeholders across the company.

**_ Reporting to:_** Technical Product Manager

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Build an innovative user journey to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the product team and software engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
- Conduct usability testing and initiate KPIs to track.
- Create prototypes, wireframes, user flows, and process flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas
- Act as a user advocate for internal stakeholders during the development process from early-stage designs to usability testing and implementing suggestions from a user perspective
- Interpret data and provide qualitative feedback
- Work closely with all stakeholders to execute visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to software engineers

**_ Requirements:_**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Computer Science, or equivalent
- At least 7 years of UX/UI design experience using insight about people’s behavior and sentiment to inform the design of better digital experiences
- Expertise in standard graphic design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, Balsamiq, Framer, and the like is a must.
- Experience with content management solutions, such as Document 360, or Adobe Experience Manager is a plus
- Experience with projects in workflow, and data visualization
- Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills
- Skilled in material design and other design tools
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
- Solid understanding of cross-browser platforms issues
- Good team player
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
