**Responsibilities**:

- Logistic - Monitoring Inbound/Outbound delivers and generate reports if necessary
- Co-ordinate with the delivery vendors to ensure smooth inbound/outbound process with the external warehouses provider.
- Responsible for inventory management control and reconciliation including periodic physical stock count, update of stock movement record, monitor & maintain the stock level
- Contributes to the growth of the e-commerce business by enhancing the customer experience when responding to customers’ queries.
- Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customers’ orders across eCommerce platforms.

**Requirement**:

- Min Diploma holder in Business, Supply Chain, Operations or relevant discipline
- Min 1 years’ relevant of experience in dealing either customers or vendors
- Organized and task oriented
- Ability to work efficiently in a changing environment with the ability to plan and complete work assignments with minimum supervision
- Excellent communication skills - Ability to analyze and convey via written and oral communication information, instructions, expectations, and/or requests for information in a manner that is clear and concise
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Ability to prioritize work, well organized and good coordination
- Strong administrative skills with attention to details, proactive follow-up and efficient time management
