**Accounts Associate**

**Job Descriptions**:

- Bookkeeping and maintaining accounting duties including AR, AP, FA, GL etc ;
- Assist in generating management reports with supporting schedules and maintaining full set of financial statements with appropriate disclosure notes;
- Support in processing Investment listings and schedules with source documents
- Assist in month end/quarter end/year-end balance sheet reconciliation
- Assist to prepare management fee calculations and supporting schedules
- Support on year end closing and MAS filings
- Prepare financial statements
- Prepare XBRL financial statements
- Deliver accurate and timely work product within specified deliverables timelines
- Assist in work related matters and ad hoc assignments

**Job Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for the position.
- Strong oral and written skills in Mandarin is a must to liaise with China clients
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills (able to liaise with internal management and external clients through Whatsapp and Wechat)
- Proficient in Quickbooks accounting software and Microsoft Office suite with emphasis on Excel skills
- Must possess positive and willing to learn attitude
- Able to work independently and as a strong team player
- Willingness to work under flexible schedule during peak period and able to meet tight timeline.
- Relevant experience in the financial industry / funds accounting is a plus
