**Introduction**

**Your Job**
- Mask technical support for advanced technology nodes for development and production
- Coordination with process owners on the technical requirements
- Define and specify requirements for reticles used in production
- Provide technical support for corporate reticle-related issues
- Maintain technical specification in the system
- Identify potential issue and propose/implement preventive actions
- Able to manage project, control schedule, and coordinate with mask shops.

**Required Qualifications**
- BS + 2-4 years, MS + 1-3 year or PhD + 0-1 year of relevant experience in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or other closely related engineering or physical science discipline.
- Fundamental understanding of lithography process, Optical Proximity Correction and mask making process
- Good analytical skill and JMP or data analysis software
- Strong presentation skills
- Self-disciplined and self-motivated
- Good interpersonal skills
- Coordinates evaluation projects with suppliers
- Teamwork and cross-team collaboration

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Knowledge of lithography, RET, OPC, mask data preparation, and design rules, and demonstrated experience in a technology development environment
- Good understanding of high -p erformance Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor (CMOS) patterning/design integration
- Ability to drive projects with minimum supervision, and communicate complicated messages concisely both written and verbally
- RET/OPC-related publications
