**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the operation of Chinese C-dramas, Korean dramas, and local dramas, coordinating with production departments for media communication, material acquisition, video production, subtitle production, etc.
- Monitor and track the fluctuations of dramas within the App, market performance, competitor platform monitoring, and regularly produce data analysis reports. Build and operate specials to increase traffic during key holidays in various countries, enhancing content exposure and the value of advertising sales.

**Qualifications**:

- Passionate about watching dramas, with a thorough understanding of industries such as Korean dramas and mainland dramas. Background in media, marketing, and related fields is preferred.
- Strong data analysis skills, able to assist in data organization using pivot tables, Excel techniques. Fluent in spoken and written English & Mandarin. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.

- 协助陆剧、韩剧、本土剧品类运营，协同制作部门沟通介质对接、物料素材获取、视频制作、字幕生产等。
- 跟进及监控剧集在APP内的数据波动以及市场表现、竞手平台监控，定期输出数据分析报告。 通过专题搭建及运营在各国关键节假日增加流量，提升内容曝光和广告售卖价值。

**任职要求：**
- 爱好追剧，长期对于韩剧、陆剧等行业有充分的了解，传媒、市场营销等专业优先。
- 具备较强的数据分析能力，能够通过数据透视表、Excel技巧协助完成数据整理。 英语口语和书写流利，熟悉中文，会小语种为加分项。
