**Job Description**:

- Develop effective operations and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies based on platform product capabilities and business requirements related to affiliates product.
- Collaborate with product and regional BD teams to map out merchants and creators operations, including but not limited to ensuring the accuracy of the matchmaking decision, formulating the rights and responsibilities.
- Utilize tools for product and market insights to establish growth and recruitment targets, devising operational strategies to attract creator engagement and enrich the variety of products on the marketplace.
- Build a data monitoring and performance evaluation system for merchant and product operations. Continuously analyze and summarize merchant operations, product variety, and competitiveness. Identify issues from data and refine strategies and product optimizations.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree or above.
- More than 5 years of operation related work experience, experience in creator product, or e-commerce&live is preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Clear logic and critical thinking. Able to have strategic thinking about the interests of multiple parties involved in multilateral trading markets.
- Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills.
- Strong self-driving ability, likes challenges, constantly explores new industries and new solutions, and can output in-depth and easy-to-understand insights into business.
