**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from procurement to delivery, ensuring timely availability of products to meet customer demand.

Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate forecasting and efficient stock replenishment to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

Supplier Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms, managing contracts, and ensuring timely product deliveries.

Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline product operations, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.

Quality Control: Ensure all products meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements, implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, sales, and supply chain teams to align operations with business goals and drive product success.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze product performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to improve operational efficiency and inform decision-making.

Budget Management: Oversee operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective management of product-related activities.

Market Research and Trend Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to make informed decisions regarding product assortment and strategy.

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all operations comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies, addressing any risks that may impact product operations.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years of experience in product operation. - Fluency in English.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product operations, supply chain, or inventory management within a wholesale trading environment.

Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management and supply chain processes.

Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.

Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.

Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

Proficient in inventory management software and ERP systems.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Preferred Skills:
Experience working in the wholesale trading industry, specifically in Singapore or Southeast Asia.

Knowledge of local regulatory requirements and import/export processes.

Familiarity with lean operations and continuous improvement methodologies.
