JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead and manage entire operations flow.
- Maintain and assign daily responsibilities, including scheduling record for all technicians—assigned location, responsibilities, leave/vacation.
- Continually review and implement change improvements to delivery.
- Conduct daily workshop meetings and disseminate announcements to workshop.
- Problem solving with technicians on field.
- Communicate with sales team ensure the highest standard of delivered service to customers with quality equipment and competent manpower.
- Ensure communication and implementation of company and safety practices.
- Ensuring good habits of accountability, team-work, and efficiency.
- Ensure correct training for relevant personnel.
- Work with QC officer to execute risk assessments on all workshop activities.
- Implement KPI’s to drive and evaluate operational results.
- Other supervision responsibilities as required.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Highly motivated, well organized, resourceful and proactive.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month
