Formulate, develop and implement business strategies / plans for Co-brandcards to support & contribute to the overall Cards & Unsecured Credit business goals and objectives.
- Formulate, develop and implement customer acquisition strategies/ plans for both credit cards and unsecured credit products to grow both the customer bases respectively

Formulate, develop and implement customer retention & anti-attrition strategies/ plans for both credit cards and unsecured credit customers to strike a balance between retaining customers vs collection of annual membership fee

**Responsibilities**:
**Accountability**

Assist to formulate, develop and implement customer acquisition strategies / plans for digital and pro
- active channels. Formulate, develop and implement business strategies / plans for Co-brandcards.

**Supporting Activities**
- To formulate and execute acquisition campaigns to attract new signups
- Develop detailed product requirements and conduct market readiness evaluations for the related acquisition and onboarding flows & processes for credit cards & unsecured Credit.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to develop, resolve and deliver the business issues related to technology enhancements pertaining to Credit Cards acquisition and onboarding flows & processes.
- Stakeholders management across teams.
- Participate in technology projects for small product enhancements and minor customizations under the Credit Cards digital acquisition and onboarding journey.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Credit Cards digital acquisition onboarding journey related projects and influence decisions through advice, counsel, and/or facilitating services to others in this area of specialization
- Review and ensure all appropriate operating and internal control procedures, local regulations and guidance pertaining to customer acquisition are in place and adhered to.
- To develop product proposition, pricing, & promotional campaigns for Co-brandcredit card product(s).
- To constantly review and rationalize current suite of products and services against ever changing market landscape so as to identify opportunity of introducing new services or enhancing current services to meet the changing needs of the customers.
- Manage day-to-day product marketing for Segment card products such as product delivery, experience, and communication strategies as well as help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results

To be updated on the costs used on marketing and portfolio activities as well as key product benefits to ensure that the costs are managed in the most efficient way.

- Increase market and product awareness through digital media.
- Increase new sign-up / acquisition of credit cards and unsecured credit products.
- Achieve greater market share in term of accounts for both credit cards and unsecured credit products.

- Increase in market share for card base, sales billing and outstanding balances.
- Increase and improve the overall profitability of the Cards and Unsecured Credit business.
