As a leader in our operations team, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our coding programs.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a customer acquisition manager. In this role, you will play a key part in onboarding new parents to our community and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our coding programs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Be a key player in developing and implementing customer acquisition strategies
  • Collaborate with the founding team to recommend suitable coding programs for students
  • Support customer success initiatives, including special programs and competitions, and community events such as fireside chats
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and build a vibrant Kodecoon community
Requirements

  • A proven track record of successful customer acquisition and retention
  • The ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
