**About Us**:

**The Opportunity**:
Experienced UI/UX Designer with React Native skills needed to enhance our mobile app flows and web dashboard. You'll create intuitive interfaces for construction professionals.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Improve Web Dashboard design**:Improve the organization and visual appeal of our web dashboard interface
- **User-Centered Design**: Create solutions that address the unique challenges of construction industry professionals
- **Establish Design System**: Help formalize our design language and build a scalable design system
- **Prototyping**: Build interactive prototypes to validate design concepts before development
- **Collaborate with Team**: Work closely with our development and product team to ensure design feasibility and implementation quality

**Requirements**:

- **Figma Proficiency**: Expert-level skills in Figma for creating designs, prototypes, and design systems
- **React Native Experience**: Understanding of React Native capabilities and constraints for mobile design implementation
- **User-Centered Approach**: Experience conducting user research and incorporating feedback into design iterations
- **Construction Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with construction workflows is a plus but not required

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience designing AI-assisted interfaces
- Previous work with project management software
- Understanding of UX flows for low technical proficiency users
