**Job Purpose**

HUONE Singapore is an extremely cool meeting space located centrally at Clarke Quay, occupying 22,500 sqft, with an adjoining restaurant and bar. The role of Event Sales (inbound) serves as the first point of contact for all potential customers, your objective is to focus on converting as many leads as possible, and to grow fresh accounts in value.

**Detailed Job Description**
- Deliver quotes to customers within 1 hour of sending a request in.
- Deliver outstanding site tours of HUONE, by ensuring that rooms are ready, reserved seating is prepared and invite along Head of Sales (HOS) and Unit Head when the attendee is at the Department Head or Business Owner Level.
- Enter all received requests into the CRM system
- Ensure that meeting summaries are sent out by the end of the day for all site visits conducted within the day
- For the weekly sales meeting, prepare the likely closed business for the week, as well as AR payment status for 30, 60, and >90 days
- Ensure that invoices and CRM are updated in a timely manner on payment status the moment that payment is received.
- Ensure that your conversion ratio is above the 25% baseline for confirmation.
- Attend the weekly Operations meetings, and prepare to brief for the events under your charge should ES not be present.
- Achieve the monthly assigned target set by the Head of Sales as well as the Unit Head.
- On a daily basis work with the ES team, to review room setup for the events under your charge.
- On a monthly basis, sales will be involved in the month end reconciliation with the Finance team, along with the confirmation of carparking coupon orders with landlord.
- On a daily basis to handle the morning HUONE walk with the sales team at the reception.
- Be prepared to be there for your clients 1st and 2nd events with us

**Job Details**
- Sec / Diploma would be great but not a requirement, experience is the most important
- Some customer service / client servicing / hospitality experience would be beneficial
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, be prepared to answer to clients after hours.
- Being detail-oriented is critical
- Ability to work with other team mates
- Fluent in English would be beneficial
- 5 day work week, primarily Monday to Friday, on occasion weekend assignments will be given.
- Working hours 9 hours a day, starting time may vary depending on the operational load.

**Salary**: $2,400.00 - $3,400.00 per month
