**What You’ll Do**:
As a Head Coach, you’ll go beyond running sessions, you will:

- Lead dynamic, high-intensity group training classes with technical precision and energy
- Onboard and guide new members through their first weeks, ensuring they feel motivated, supported, and on track
- Create personal connections that keep members engaged and excited to train
- Support the development of our coaching team, helping raise standards and share best practice
- Play an active role in shaping a studio culture that’s both fun and high-performing

**What You Bring to the Team**:

- ACSM or ACE Personal Training Certification (or international equivalent)
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Based in Singapore
- At least 2 years of experience in the fitness industry (group or personal training)
- Confident, clear communicator who can motivate and connect
- A positive, energetic presence that inspires members and teammates alike
- Hunger to grow and lead — both in the studio and in your career

Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,500.00 per month
